Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy

At Marbled Meatery LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our premium beef products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds and replacements under certain conditions as outlined below.

Refunds and Replacements

  • We will provide refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis for damaged deliveries, incorrect products, or any mistakes on our part.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is entered correctly. Refusal of delivery or failure of the address to accept delivery does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Requests for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To assess eligibility, customers must provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Refunds may be:
    • Credited to the customer’s Marbled Meatery account,
    • Returned to the original payment method, or
    • Donated to the Houston Food Bank on the customer’s behalf.
  • Refunds will not be issued for mishandling of the product by the customer, including improper storage, preparation, or cooking.
  • Marbled Meatery provides only one replacement per order when a replacement is warranted, and we cover the shipping cost for that replacement.

Gift Cards and Gift Boxes

  • Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
  • If a gift card recipient cannot use the card for any reason, the balance may be credited to the buyer’s account or donated to the Houston Food Bank.
  • Gift boxes (products sent as gifts) are eligible for replacements under our general policy, as the recipient controls the receipt timing.
  • If either the giver or recipient is dissatisfied, Marbled Meatery will review the situation case by case to determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and only prior to shipping.
  • After shipping, cancellations are not possible.
